IGNOU Online payment fee deducted but no confirmation received
Sometimes, while filling up Ignou admission form online, the fee payment is deducted from Credit Card or Debit Card or through Net Banking but the candidate do not receive any confirmation.

If the fee payment get deducted and no acknowledgement is received for the same, the candidate should not get worry.
He/she should send email including transaction details including the Control Number, Candidate Name, programme opted, mobile number, amount paid etc. to the Centralised Student Registration at following email id : [email protected]

The candidates may escalate and submit their grievance to IGNOU at http://igram.ignou.ac.in/.
